Trauma-Sensitive/Recovery Yoga

I am a trained yoga teacher with the Transformation Yoga Project, a very special non-profit organization committed to serving people impacted by trauma, addiction and incarceration through trauma-sensitive, mindfulness based yoga.

Beginning December 8, 2016, I will be teaching a trauma-sensitive/recovery class on Thursdays from 10 to 11 AM at Balanced Yoga & Nutrition in Edgemont, PA.

Yoga for Recovery classes provide a supportive place to observe quietness, allow emotions to surface without fear of judgement and a place to make healthy relationships with others in Recovery. Family and friends are welcome.  No experience needed. Suggested donation of $10.
